This is a very quick and easy recipe to kill your cravings during this lockdown period.... ☺ QUICK BASUNDI.......♥ Ingredients: Milk Dry fruits So lets get started ....... Pour milk into a vessel and let it boil.. Once boiled start stirring it till it gets half to the original amount or quantity. For eg: If you are using 1 litre of milk then reduce it to half i.e ½ litre. Then add dry fruits (almonds, cashewnuts, etc.). Transfer it to another vessel and let it cool in room temperature. (do not refrigerate immediately, once cooled in room temperature you can transfer it into refrigerator.) Your Quick Basundi is ready....... Enjoy this recipe with your family. Hello Guyss...... Welcome back to TASTE N LIFE....... Missing those delicious masala peanuts given along with one of the best STREET FOOD "Dabeli"????? Worry not, you can make them at your home easily with in the following way. FOR THIS RECIPE YOU WILL NEED: Oil for frying 1 cup Groundnuts 1/4 th tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp Red chilli powder ½ tbsp garam masla ½ tbsp coriander powder 1 ½ tbsp sugar Salt to taste PROCEDURE: Take a vessel and place it on gas. Once heated, add Groundnuts and roast them. Make sure you don’t burn them. Take a cloth and place all the roasted Groundnuts on top of it and leave them for 15 mins or till they completely get cooled…. Now rub the cloth over the Groundnuts applying a slight pressure on it. (this step will help remove the cover of Groundnuts and break them into half) Separate out the groundnuts and the cover. In the same vessel and oil and let it heat on the medium flame.
