Hello Guyss......
Welcome back to TASTE N LIFE.......
Missing the everyday FRANKIE you used to have in your college days????
No need to worry, as I have got a recipe for the same....
And trust us this delicious quick and easy frankie will make your tummy happy....
Things you will need:
1. Dahi/ Curd - 1/2 cup
2. Salt to taste
3. Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 spoon
4. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spoon
5. Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
6. Garam Masala Powder - 1 spoon
7. Mix Masala Powder - 1 spoon
8. Oil
9. Cumin seeds/ Jeera - 1 spoon
10. Onions - 2 medium sized
11. Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
12. Chapati (fresh or leftover) - 2 to 3 used for this recipe
PROCEDURE:
Take a mixing bowl and start mixing dahi/ curd, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder & mix masala and make a lump-free paste out of this.
Place a kadhai on gas stove and add oil and let it heat for few seconds.
Once oil is well heated, add jeera/ cumin seeds.
Now carefully add ginger garlic paste in it and quickly mix it or it will stick to the bottom of kadhai.
Add finely chopped onions in this and sauté until its golden brown in colour.
Now add the paste we made earlier and mix it very properly (no need to add and masala in addition while cooking as we added enough masalas in the paste).
Here, the gravy should thicken a little bit.
Once done turn off the gas flame.
Take a chapatti (you can use freshly made or leftover too) and place it on a tawa/pan and let it get heated.
Carefully spread the mixture we made on the chapatti and on top of it add few raw onions.
Roll out the chapatti while on the tawa/pan itself.
And this is ready to serve…..
