Water - total 4 glasses
Salt to taste

Onions - 2 medium sized
Ginger

PROCEDURE:
For this recipe,
in a vessel, take approx. 3 glasses of water and add salt and a spoon of oil in
it.
Now add paneer
cubes in this and let the water boil on the high flame.
Once the water
boils turn off the gas flame and stain the water and keep the paneer cubes
aside.
For preparing
masala, take a mixing bowl and start mixing dahi/ curd, salt, red chilli
powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder & mix masala
and make a lump-free paste out of this.
Place a kadhai
on gas stove and add oil and let it heat for few seconds.
Once oil is well
heated, add jeera/ cumin seeds.
Now carefully
add ginger garlic paste in it and quickly mix it or it will stick to the bottom
of kadhai.
Add finely
chopped onions in this and sauté until its golden brown in colour.
Add some
coriander leaves in it.
Now add the
paste we made earlier and mix it very properly (no need to add and masala in
addition while cooking as we added enough masalas in the paste).
Here, the gravy should thicken a little bit.
Add ½ glass of water in it and mix and let it cook.
Now add boiled paneer in it.
Mix very slowly otherwise the paneer cubes will break.
Add water if required.
Add some coriander leaves again and mix very well.
Paneer masala is ready to be served……J
