Quick and easiest way to make DABELI Shengdane or Masala Peanuts | Do it yourself at home || 2021 | TASTE N LIFE

Missing those delicious masala peanuts given along with one of the best STREET FOOD "Dabeli"?????
Worry not, you can make them at your home easily with in the following way.
FOR THIS RECIPE YOU WILL NEED:
Oil for frying
1 cup Groundnuts
1/4th tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
½ tbsp garam masla
½ tbsp coriander powder
1 ½ tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
Take a vessel
and place it on gas. Once heated, add Groundnuts and roast them.
Make sure you
don’t burn them.
Take a cloth and
place all the roasted Groundnuts on top of it and leave them for 15 mins or
till they completely get cooled….
Now rub the
cloth over the Groundnuts applying a slight pressure on it. (this step will
help remove the cover of Groundnuts and break them into half)
Separate out the
groundnuts and the cover.
In the same
vessel and oil and let it heat on the medium flame.
Add turmeric and
immediately add Groundnuts and mix them properly.
Once all
Groundnuts are coated well with turmeric and oil, add the spices.
Add red chilli
powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt and mix everything
properly.
Turn off the gas
flame.
Start adding
sugar gradually as per your liking.
