Items to search in your kitchen : Jowar flour – ½ cup Rice flour – ¼ cup Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp Pinch of turmeric & garam masala Coriander powder – ½ tbsp Salt to taste Jeera & ajwain – ½ tsp Green chilli & garlic paste – ½ tbsp Oil - about 4 tbsp Lemon juice – ½ tbsp A glass of water Coriander leaves – ¼ cup Let us start with our recipe..... In a bowl, add jowar flour, rice flour, red chilli powder,pinch of turmeric and garam masala, Coriander powder, salt, jeera & ajwain, green chiili & garlic paste, lemon juice, a glass of water (add gradually), coriander leaves.
