Hey you guys,
Today, I am going to tell you a simple, easy & quick hunger
killer recipe....
Mayo Sandwich... Its not that difficult guys....
What to search in kitchen for this recipe?
Medium sized Capsicum (chopped) – 1
Medium sized Cucumber (chopped) – 1
Small carrot (chopped/grated) – 1
Mayonnaise – 3tbsp
Black pepper to taste
Chaat Masala – 1tsp
Salt to taste
Snappin Pizza mix (optional)
Bread – 4 to 6 pieces
Butter – about 1 tbsp
Let’s begin the prep....
Add capsicum, cucumber and carrot in a bowl and mix them. Now, add
the mayonnaise in this mix...
Mix mayo with veggies together...
Add grinded black pepper as per your liking.. It is totally
optional to add black pepper.
Add chaat masala to the mix for the chatpata flavour ;-) .
Balance the taste with a pinch of salt...
Add pizza mix/ mixed herbs if you like....
[SECRET: We love to add Snappin Pizza mix to our many dishes....]
Mix all these ingredients and keep this stuffing aside...
Place 2 pieces of bread in a plate;
[TIP: For a healthy version of this sandwich, use whole wheat
bread or multi-grain bread]
Apply butter evenly on them...
Put the stuffing that we kept aside on one of the bread and flip
the other bread on the stuffing..
Your Mayo Sandwich is ready...
