This is a
very quick and easy recipe to kill your cravings during this lockdown
period....☺
QUICK BASUNDI.......♥
Ingredients:
- Milk
- Dry
fruits
So lets get started .......
Pour milk into a vessel and let it boil..
Once boiled start stirring it till it
gets half to the original amount or quantity.
For eg:
If you are using 1 litre of milk then
reduce it to half i.e ½ litre.
Then add dry fruits (almonds,
cashewnuts, etc.).
Transfer it to another vessel and let it
cool in room temperature. (do not refrigerate immediately, once cooled in room
temperature you can transfer it into refrigerator.)
Your Quick Basundi is ready.......
