DOSA???

Well, you don't need to worry anymore.....
I have got you this delicious and
healthy recipe of JOWAR DOSA...
Items to search in your kitchen:
Jowar flour – ½ cup
Rice flour – ¼ cup
Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
Pinch of turmeric & garam
masala
Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
Jeera & ajwain – ½ tsp
Green chilli & garlic paste –
½ tbsp
Oil - about 4 tbsp
Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
A glass of water
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Let us start with our recipe.....
In a bowl, add jowar flour, rice
flour, red chilli powder,pinch of turmeric and garam masala, Coriander powder,
salt, jeera & ajwain, green chiili & garlic paste, lemon juice, a glass
of water (add gradually), coriander leaves.
Mix all the ingredients
properly.....
This mixture should have liquid
consistency...
Now, in a pan, add oil and add the
mixture..
Cover and let it cook for 1 to 2
minutes; Then flip it & let cook for a minute...
[TIP: Flip your dosa carefully as
it might break easily]
Serve this dosa with Tomato ketchup or any
chutney.....
The speciality of this dosa is
that it is very crispy and tasty and healthy tooo... (which is usually a
rear thing).
Here, your tasty jowar dosa is
ready.....
