I am
sharing an easy and a quick way to make healthy almond drink.
For this
you will require:
- Milk – 1 litre
- Almonds – 1 cup
- Sugar – 3 tsp
So let’s
get started.......☺
Take milk and let it boil......
Keep it stirring till it starts getting
thick.....
Meanwhile put the almonds in grinder
and grind them.....
(You can even Grate or chop them if you
want to)
Put ¾th of almond powder in milk (do
not put all of it).
Mix properly to avoid lumps....
Let it come to boil.
Once boiled add sugar......
Keep stirring till the sugar gets
dissolved....
Turn off the gas.... give it a mix and
let it cool on room temperature.....
Pour it in a container.
Sprinkle remaining almond powder which
we had kept aside......
Refrigerate for at least 20 mins.
Serve in a glass.
You can also sprinkle almond powder at
this point.
Your healthy almond drink is ready.
