Crispy Okra by TASTE N LIFE

As all of us like to munch in something all time but we never find a proper snack.
No need to worry, we have got a tasty & healthy recipe for your survival.....
CRISPY OKRA.....

Things you will need:

  1. Okra (bhindi)
  2. Gram flour/ besan – 2 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
  4. Turmeric – ½ tsp
  5. Amchur powder – 1 tsp (optional)
  6. Garam masala – ½ tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for frying
Method:
In a mixing bowl, add bhindi and all other masalas/ spices.
Add gram flour to it.
You can even add Rava in this recipe to make it more crispy.......
Mix all ingredients together properly.
Now in a kadhai, put oil for frying.....
Add okra mixture in oil.
Wait till it gets crispy.....
Carefully remove them onto tissue.
Your CRISPY OKRA is ready.
Serve as a snack or you can also eat this with a chapati.
