As all of us like to munch in something all time but we
never find a proper snack.
No need to worry, we have got a tasty & healthy recipe
for your survival.....
CRISPY OKRA.....
Things you will need:
- Okra
(bhindi)
- Gram
flour/ besan – 2 tbsp
- Red
chilli powder – ½ tbsp
- Turmeric
– ½ tsp
- Amchur
powder – 1 tsp (optional)
- Garam
masala – ½ tbsp
- Salt
to taste
- Oil
for frying
Method:
In a mixing bowl, add bhindi and all other masalas/ spices.
Add gram flour to it.
You can even add Rava in this recipe to make it more crispy.......☺
Mix all ingredients together properly.
Now in a kadhai, put oil for frying.....
Add okra mixture in oil.
Wait till it gets crispy.....
Carefully remove them onto tissue.
Your CRISPY OKRA is ready.
Serve as a snack or you can also eat this with a chapati.
