Cheese Rolls by TASTE N LIFE

Welcome back guys.
Here’s my first recipe on blog.
As everyone of us get attracted towards cheese and fancy dishes, therefore I am sharing one of my favourite recipe

CHEESE ROLLS

You will require the following ingredients:
1. Plain flour/ Maida –  ¼ cup
2. Corn flour – ½  tablespoon
3. Semolina/ Rava – ½ cup
4. Mozzarella cheese – 2 cups
5. Mixed herbs (optional)
6. A pinch of Salt
7. Oil for frying
8. Water  - ½ cup

So let’s get started with the method for this recipe

In a mixing bowl - add mozzarella cheese, mixed herbs, corn flour, Semolina/Rava (1 spoon), Plain Flour/ Maida (1 spoon), salt.
Transfer the mixture in a plate for kneading.
Kneed the mixture into smooth dough.
Start making rolls out of this mixture and keep them aside.
Take remaining Maida and add water to it. It should turn to a liquid consistency. Keep this mixture aside. Now take the rolls dip them into Maida mixture and roll them into the remaining Rava so that the Rava will get coated to roll nicely. Rava will make the rolls crispy.
Once this is done, place the coated rolls in refrigerator for 30 – 35 mins.
After 35 mins, take rolls out.
Add oil in a frying pan.
Once the oil is heated add rolls to it (make sure you do not over crowd the pan otherwise the rolls will stick to each other).
In a plate placed with kitchen towels, remove the rolls once they turn golden brown and crispy (kitchen towel or tissues are used because they soak excess oil into them).
Enjoy eating these rolls with tomato ketchup or chilly sauce
Serve hot!!!!!
