Today’s dish is almost everyone’s backup 😜 May it be a
morning 9 AM, may it be afternoon 12 PM ,may it be evening 6 PM or even it be
Mid night.... This is our all-time fav.. Oh Yes !! Its Maggi with a slight
addition of Cheeeese...
Ingredients:
You might be thinking, what do we need extra to prepare
maggi which has all of its masala into it’s pack?
Well.... It not that simple....
You will have to search all this in your kitchen:
Maggi double Packet (Ofcourse, its not possible otherwise 😁)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 2tsp
A pinch of turmeric
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Cheese – ½ cube
Water – about 2 cups
Snappin pizza mix (optional)
So, did you get all these items out? Then let’s get started.....
In a pan/ kadhai, add oil; once the oil is heated, add
mustard seeds and turmeric...
Let the seeds pop a little bit..
Now add maggi; saute well and add water...
Add up all the dry ingredients now...Mix well...
You must be thinking, where did the Maggi taste maker masala
go? Right?
So, now you can put the maggi masala...
Mix this really well and let it boil....
We are gonna add the pizza mix in here now but you can
totally skip it if you don’t have...
Let it boil until the water evaporates.. (We like our
maggi without much of a soup...) You can make it soupy if you want.....
You maggi is ready... Serve it in a bowl and grate some
cheese onto it....
Ahaaan !!!
Your Cheese Maggi is ready..
Now you don’t need to worry about the late night hunger... Get
on the pajamas, put on your favourite movie and enjoy this cheese maggi with a
cold-drink....
